shanghai drc deputy director inspects sep for epidemic prevention, work resumption
on february 21, 2020, shanghai municipal development and reform commission (drc) deputy director zhou qiang and his delegation went to sep for an inspect of the epidemic prevention and control and work resumption. sep party secretary and chairman wang yundan and party committee member and deputy president xia meixing participated in the inspection.
