on august 11, 2020, the third work meeting of spic shanghai regional coordination agency was held at snptc (snerdi).

 

shanghai regional coordination office director and sep party secretary and chairman wang yundan, snptc (snerdi) president wang mingdan, and the heads of spic's shanghai-based subordinate units, including snpas, spic energy engineering, speri, snpsc, spic talent college, spic aluminum international trading, cpi ronghe financial leasing and cpcec, attended the meeting.

 

the participants discussed the 14th five-year plan of spic shanghai region (draft proposal), and considered that the preparation of the plan was reasonable and feasible with exciting objectives.

 

during the 14th five-year plan period, spic plans to build five bases in shanghai for nuclear power industry-university-research and international cooperation, new energy and science and technology industry r&d, power plant service industry and "going global" respectively, integration of industry and finance, and talent training, as well as two platforms for advanced nuclear power and clean energy technology innovation, and investment, development and epc industry respectively, so as to boost the construction of "five centers" and "four brands" in shanghai and contribute to the sound and rapid development of shanghai's economy and society.

this is the third meeting since the establishment of shanghai regional coordination agency in early 2020. after the establishment, the coordination agency has been continuously promoting epidemic prevention and control, implementation of spic's strategic cooperation agreement, construction of heavy-duty gas turbine project, construction of nuclear energy innovation center, integrated smart energy development in "three areas" of shanghai, and solidly boosting the coordinated development work of regional planning, government connection, market development, power marketing, brand building and other related work, and has achieved positive results.
