sep holds 1st special shareholders' meeting of 2021
on june 17, sep held the first special shareholders' meeting of 2021 successfully, which was presided over by wei juliang, board director, president and deputy party secretary of the company. also present was xia meixing, deputy president and secretary of the board.
the meeting deliberated and passed 15 proposals, including the proposal on electing directors, proposal on electing independent directors, proposal on electing supervisors and proposal on non-public a shares issuance.
the company's general counsel wu ming, shareholders and shareholder's representatives, leaders of related departments and witnessing lawyers participated in the meeting. besides the on-site meeting, the company provided internet voting for the public shareholders via the trading system and online voting platform of shanghai stock exchange, which facilitated the exercise of the minority shareholders' rights.
