sep, hdec sign strategic cooperation framework agreement
on august 2, 2021, sep and power china huadong engineering corporation limited (hdec) signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement at the headquarters of sep. sep president and deputy party secretary wei juliang and hdec deputy president fang tao attended and witnessed the signing ceremony. sep deputy president li feng and hdec deputy president qi haifeng signed the agreement on behalf of the two sides.
