at sep, xiong and his delegation inspected the production sites of caojing power plant and caojing cogeneration, and listened to the work report by sep chairman wang yundan.xiong expressed that sep with a history of 135 years has its own story, spirit and results, with practical achievements centered on "being excellent in shanghai, superior in china and strong in the world", as well as remarkable highlights in energy structure adjustment, science and technology results, lean management, overseas development and talent team construction.
xiong also noted there are full of challenges as well as risks involved in overseas development, and thus sep should integrate with the national strategy, grasp the opportunity of the belt and road initiative, choose the correct strategic direction, focus on clean energy and new energy, conduct projects cautiously and prudently, give priority to the success rate of the project and positive net cash flow, carry out due diligence and various risk assessments steadily, and rely on powerful management and control system to push forward overseas development.
