on august 29, 2018, chinese ambassador to montenegro liu jin went to the site of mozura wind power project, inspected the wind turbine commissioning site and the construction situation of control building and booster station successively, and listened to the report by sep (malta) holding ltd. (sepm) ceo sheng baojie. first secretary tan huiqin of the embassy also participated in the inspection.
ambassador liu expressed that mozura wind power project is a landmark project for chinese enterprise conducting trilateral cooperation in montenegro, and also a successful practice that chinese enterprise realized mutual benefits and win-win for various parties while actively participating in the construction of belt and road initiative. as noted by general secretary xi jinping recently, we should push forward the joint construction of the belt and road on the path to high-quality development. mozura wind power project will assist in promoting green energy construction, benefiting local environment and people's livelihood, and realizing multi-win of china, montenegro and malta. liu also hoped sepm to do a good job of the project wrap-up, guarantee the completion by the end of the year, and deliver a green project with high quality.
mozura wind power project is a tripartite cooperation project between china, montenegro and malta, with an installed capacity of 46 mw.
