the board meeting was hosted by mr. wang yundan. five motions, including motion about electing the chairman of the sixth session board of shanghai electric power, motion about adjustment of various professional committee members subordinating to board of shanghai electric power, motion about employing general manager of shanghai electric power, etc., have been deliberated and passed in the meeting. in the meeting, the board directors have elected mr. wang yundan as the chairman of the sixth session board consistently; agreed with the staff lists of the four professional committees subordinating to the board, including the strategy committee, nomination committee, remuneration and appraisal committee and auditing committee; agreed to appoint mr. liu guangchi as the gm of shanghai electric power, appoint sun ji, sun weidong, guo baohong and xing lianzhong as the deputy gms, appoint mr. xia meixing as the secretary of board, and employ ms. zou yi as the delegate of securities affairs of shanghai electric power.
the supervisory board meeting was hosted by mr. zhao yazhou. in the meeting, the motion about electing the chairman of the sixth session supervisory board was deliberated and passed. mr. zhao yazhou was elected as the chairman of the sixth session supervisory board of shanghai electric power by all the supervisory board directors.
