the sanda hyogo pv power plant, invested and constructed by sep japan company, a wholly subsidiary of sep, held its completion ceremony on march 22, 2016.
at the following celebration party, spic vice president xia zhong mentioned that spic has been dedicated to providing clean energy. the successful completion of sanda project was attributed to the strong support of its partners and the local government. spic hopes to cooperate with japan in investment and construction of more power plants, and acquire more precious experience.
